The following terms and conditions are automatically accepted by using the services of pixb.de - picture upload:
 
A. Nutzung:
 

• pixb is a free service
• the use of pixb presumes accepting the terms and conditions in their most current version
• after the upload you obligate yourself to save and secure the delete link as well as the edit link (under the tab settings > Delete and manage)
• we reserve the right to discontinue or change this service at any time, which may affect single galeries.

 
B. Upload restrictions:
 
a further obligation is to never upload the following:

• any sort of pornographic writing or images
• through copyright secured files
• files that contravene any german laws

 
C. description of service:
 

• pixb is a free service, which offers to upload your images on the internet and publish them
• the period of time the pictures will be saved can be determined manually. However, if this is not determined the file will be deleted automatically after 3 months (90 days)
• the pixb team pursues the immediate review of the illegal content after report of abuse, which may lead to immediate removal.
• pixb is not liable for any uploaded content

 
D. severability clause:
 

• If single clauses of these terms and conditions were to be unvalid or inexecutable, will the remainder of the terms and conditions still remain intact.
